https://gitlab.com/lgarrett/ftf/ can be helpful to setup a Windows VM,
otherwise you can get an evaluation copy of Windows 11 Enterprise
manually through https://aka.ms/windev_VM_vmware.

The test suite is disabled in the packaging (see
``debian/rules:override_dh_auto_test``).
TODO: re-enable it and run individual tests.
